Fabrication
We can be your one stop shop for large projects that require parts to be fabricated including forming, welded and then machined prior to assembly.
The ability to do this all under the one roof greatly reduces the time it takes to complete the job and eliminates the need for the parts to be shipped back and forth to subcontract machine shops.
Welding
Our team is trained to review and manage the most sophisticated welding requirements. These projects often require documented processes, certified welders, and complex inspections. We have the systems and procedures in place to meet the most strict procedure compliance requirements. At Alken Systems Ltd using our calibrated ESAB Aristo u5000i Water Cooled Mig & Tig Combination sets, we are proficient in the full range of welding processes. We continue to develop a team of trained professionals who are qualified in a variety of both EN and ASME weld procedures.
Sheet Metal
We differentiate ourselves from others through two significant ways – our unique services and our skilled craftsmen.
We have developed a team of trained professionals who are able to set up and produce each job independently, but everything starts with a good layout. Our CAD team will split the fabrications into their individual parts and we will determine the best technique available to produce the complete package.
Much of the work we undertake has special finishing requirements. We have a full service metal finishing department capable of producing a variety of finishes on stainless fabrications. With customers in the food, pharmaceutical, and bio medical industries they rely on us for their most critical finishes. From concept to completion, you can expect more from Alken Systems Ltd.
